SPRING MASTERS SWIMMING

FOR:	Adults of all skill and experience levels interested in group swimming! This environment has worked for: Individuals learning to swim Swimmers improving stroke efficiency Athletes in search of a team atmosphere Anyone looking to make friends!
INSTRUCTION:	All practices will be supervised by Sam Davy, Assistant Swimming Coach at Swarthmore College. Practices are tailored for a wide range of skill and experiences levels, with options to alter workouts and swim on your own!

January - May (First day of practice: Tuesday, January 22nd, 2019)

Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays

Tuesdays & Thursdays: 5:30 AM - 7:00 AM

Saturday: 6:30 AM - 8:00 AM

Semester Cost: $150

10 Practices Cost: $50

5 Practices Cost: $35

Drop In Cost: $10

LOCATION:	Ware Pool located on the Swarthmore College campus (Fieldhouse Drive, next to the Matchbox Fitness Center)
EQUIPMENT:	Swimmers must provide their own swim suit, towel and equipment. Equipment is not necessary, but there will be opportunities for equipment to be used.
